A-Team Core Essentials
Training Program
Client: Dealership BDC Managers (nationwide)
My Role: Curriculum Designer, Content Strategist & Copywriter
Challenge: Business Development Center (BDC) managers at dealerships needed a structured way to coach and motivate their teams week after week—without losing momentum or message clarity. These managers often juggle recruitment, training, and performance management, and many lack time or resources to create consistent, values-based team development tools from scratch.
Solution: I created the A-Team Core Essentials, a 52-week culture-driven training program designed to build skills, reinforce brand values, and boost morale within BDC departments. The first 13 weeks (Q1) focused on foundational mindset shifts like customer empathy, team accountability, and personal motivation. As the course designer and copywriter, I built each weekly module around a key theme—pairing custom scripts, talking points, group discussions, and hands-on activities with actionable, easy-to-follow guides that reflected the dealership's bold, people-first brand.
Result: The program launched as a plug-and-play resource that dealership managers could roll out during weekly team meetings. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with BDC managers reporting that the program has improved the proficiency of their teams.
For The Kids!
Implementation Guide
Client: “For The People” Car Dealers (nationwide)
My Role: Campaign Creator, Program Architect, & Copywriter
Challenge: “For The People” branded car dealers needed a community-focused campaign that would not only build local goodwill but also reinforce their brand as people-first, purpose-driven businesses. The goal was to create something easy to implement, emotionally resonant, and aligned with their mission—without overwhelming their teams with complicated planning.
Solution: I conceptualized and developed For The Kids!, a turnkey scholarship event that car dealers could run in their communities. I created the complete implementation guide from scratch—researching how it should function, designing the event flow, writing the campaign messaging, and organizing all logistical details into a single, easy-to-follow document. The guide includes press releases, social media posts, promotional ideas, a planning timeline, community partnership suggestions, and donation instructions—making it simple for any dealership to execute with confidence and clarity.
Result: The For The Kids! guide has become a flagship community event resource for “For The People” branded car dealers nationwide. It’s helped dealerships host meaningful, branded events that give back to local families while strengthening brand visibility and emotional connection. Dealers now have a repeatable way to show they’re truly for the people—starting with the kids.
