Project Coordination
Client Christmas
Gift Coordination
Client: Gravitational Marketing
My Role: Project Lead, Creative Director, Copywriter & Production Coordinator
The Challenge: Every year, Gravitational Marketing sends a holiday gift to its agency clients—something thoughtful, on-brand, and elevated. This year, we wanted to deliver more than just a gift. We wanted to create a fully immersive experience: something clients would unwrap, use, remember, and feel genuinely delighted by.
The biggest challenge? Pulling off a high-end, highly customized project—from concept to doorstep—on a strict timeline during the busiest season of the year.
The Concept: We selected a premium Boos Block cutting board as the hero item, then built an entire gifting experience around the idea of gathering, sharing, and creating connection through food. The gift had to feel luxurious, heartfelt, and useful—without losing our brand’s creative edge.
My Coordination: I led the entire campaign from concept to completion, wearing multiple hats across strategy, execution, and creative direction:
Sourcing & Planning: Researched gift options, pitched final ideas to leadership, and coordinated with vendors to place and receive the bulk product order
Custom Branding: Directed the creation of a laser-engraved logo for each Boos Board and led the packaging design process
Book Concept & Copy: Created the concept for the Look Book—a printed guide featuring unique board-building recipes and care instructions—and wrote all copy
Photoshoot Direction: Styled the boards, planned the visual flow, and directed the photographer to ensure everything aligned with the tone and storytelling
Timeline Management: Set production checkpoints, coordinated across teams, and ensured everything—from gift assembly to shipping—was completed before Christmas
The Result: The Boos Board Experience arrived as more than a holiday gift—it became a tactile, emotional brand moment. Clients praised the thoughtfulness, the beautiful photography, and the elevated presentation. More than one said it was their favorite client gift they had ever received from our organization. Despite tight timelines and a complex production process, we delivered a seamless, standout experience that captured the warmth of the season—and made our brand unforgettable.
Members-Only
Platform Launch
Client: Gravitational Marketing
My Role: Project Manager, Content Strategist, UX Collaborator & Platform Coordinator
The Challenge: Gravitational Marketing needed a better way to engage with its network of members beyond clunky email threads and outdated Google Groups. The goal was to create a centralized, branded, interactive hub where members could access resources, engage with each other, and stay connected to the community in real-time.
But launching a brand-new platform from scratch—complete with onboarding, content, and custom branding—required thoughtful coordination across teams and a clear vision for what this digital space could become.
The Concept: We wanted a space that felt like a private clubhouse meets digital toolkit—streamlined, welcoming, and built around real member needs. It had to reflect our brand, house a ton of resources, and still be easy to navigate and contribute to.
My Coordination: I led the platform launch from research to rollout—balancing user experience, content development, and cross-functional team coordination:
Platform Research & Selection: Researched and vetted customizable community platforms, pitched the top three to leadership, and secured approval for the final pick
Branding & UX: Partnered with designers to bring our brand identity into the platform through color, layout, and iconography
Content Architecture: Created the layout and structure, including resource libraries, announcement spaces, interactive discussion areas, and onboarding flows
Content Development: Loaded the platform with core materials—everything from templates and training videos to event calendars and welcome messages
Rollout & Engagement: Coordinated with the client services team to onboard members and continue developing monthly content calendars to keep the space active and valuable
The Result: The new platform launched smoothly and quickly became a go-to resource and engagement hub for our member community. It eliminated communication clutter, improved member access to tools and templates, and created a more connected, scalable experience. Today, it continues to grow—with more resources, more conversation, and a stronger sense of belonging than ever before.
